I was seen and treated with such a great response, especially considering the extra stress that the NHS has had to contend with due to COVID. I cannot thank Mr Chandra and his team enough for saving the sight in my eye. I will always be grateful.

The doctor took time to listen to my concerns and then thoroughly explain the procedures to me. Although my operation could have been carried out using local anaesthetic he understood my need for a general anaesthetic. The clinic is extremely busy and although new computer system slowed down the rate of examinations it didn’t affect the holistic care delivered

I was very impressed the way Mr Chandra explained everything that was going to happen, the procedure went smoothly and I was reassured about everything that would happen after I got home. I was then contacted the next day by Mr Chandra's secretary to ask how I was. I returned to Mr Chandra 2 weeks later and he was happy with the op and showed me "before and after" photos which reassured me as to how my recovery was going. Thank you Mr Chandra. I couldn't have had better treamtent

I had a macular hole surgery and cataract lens replacement surgery with Mr Chandra.in July 2021. I would totally recommend Mr Chandra and the team at the BMI hospital Southend. I was seen promptly for assessment and Mr Chandra was very helpful and clear discussing my treatment .I had time to ask questions which I really valued.. My surgery was carried out efficiently, I felt in safe hands with Mr Chandra and his team at the hospital. Everyone was very professional and supportive; I left hospital with clear instructions what I should do and where to contact if I had any questions; this was very reassuring. Mr Chandra's secretary, Amanda was also very helpful and efficient throughout.
